Some of our Body’s greatest resources are threatened by the increased popularity of embodiment practices based on willing change only. Our culture puts a premium on cultivating and quickly developing physical strength, flexibility and endurance alone. But there is a diminished attention and bias on the cultivation and slow development of physical sensitivity and coordination, both powerful dimensions that ground our holistic physical experience in a Relational Somatics.
